FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices include CPR card processing fees and an electronic link available anytime after course is completed. No need to worry about losing a card you have anytime access to, forever! * We are a mobile service and will travel to our clients. Most classes are done in the comfort and convenience of our student's home! * Ask about our discounts for small groups of 3 - 6 people.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Classes can range from 2.5 hours to 4 hrs depending on class size. All sessions are interactive (we don't just watch a DVD and try to stay awake)! * Information is impactful and memorable. CPR is not something that most providers typically provide daily but our students can effectively pull the information they are taught at any given time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a certified American Heart Association CPR Instructor for 7 years. I was a NYS EMT-B for a decade and my partner company tutors students for TEAS5 (nursing school entrance exam), NCLEX-PN and NCLEX-RN exams (currently in NYC only).
