My experience with Magda as my personal trainer is like having a personal coach, supporting me throughout my process from start to finish and even following up with me after my training sessions ended. She was not only a trainer but someone I could talk too, she taught me that it wasn't about me just losing the weight and it being a temporary fix but making a conscientious decision to make a life change. Magda has the knowledge, experience, and passion for all that she does. Because of her great work ethic motivational abilities to help me reach my fitness goals. I did it in only one month. It wasn't easy but it was so doable due to push Magda give me day after day.

I followed Magda Civil on IG and immediately knew I needed her to help me with my weight loss journey. For many years I've struggled with my weight due to really poor eating habits. I excerised with Magda 5 days a week and followed a flexiable meal plan. In four weeks I lost 14 pounds! Magda was very motivating. She challenged me to push myself when I wanted to give up and even excercised with me on certain workouts. During the time Magda was training me, she was also training for a bikini competition. Seeing Magda work hard and have discipline, inspired me even more. If your looking to gain long term healthy habits, allow Magda Civil to help and educate you.

Hands down the best trainer I've ever had! She really cares for her clients and only wants the best. I lost ten pounds my first month through a customized meal plan, working out and her pushing me beyond limits I didn't think I could even reach! She's just amazing.. 'tis all.

I've done several plans with different trainers and this is the first realistic plan that I've ever done. Both the meal and workout plan! Awesomeness!!
