After explaining to Frankie what my overall fitness goals were ( I'm a runner), he recommended a program geared to that end which targeted the appropriate muscle groups. He explained in detail how each machine was to be used and watched to make sure I was using the machines properly. The rest, of course, is up to me.

I've been wanting to build muscle, It was difficult to do alone since I have a fast metabolism, I've worked with many trainers at 24hr fitness, by far Frankie has given me the most knowledge and showed me how to meal prep so I can stay lean and build, I recommend Frankie to anyone trying to build,loose weight or tone up, he's friendly, nice personality. I always leave feeling accomplished and sweaty.

Hands down one of the best trainers I've ever worked with. Frankie is very professional and down to earth at the same time. He's helped me to create good goals and good habits for my fitness and health. I've been able to accomplish much more than I originally planned for with all of his help. I highly recommend anyone and everyone to train with this amazing guy.

I just want write a review of the services I recieved from Frankie and I must say Frankie is a great trainer. He doesnt just personls train because its his job but ypu can see that he is very pationate about what he does and he himself also takes care of his physical body that is how I know I can trust him and that he knows what he is talking about. You can also see that he is a good person as well. I really like how he showed me how to have a good form when I exercise because I really felt the difference. I didnt know form was that important. Im glad Im able to have Frankie as a personal trainer and I recomend him to others as well. 2 thumbs up.
