- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $ 65-80.00 per 60 minute on-line session. I do not accept any insurance at this time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening to their issues and concerns, understanding their situation and recognizing that starting therapy can be stressful and anxiety producing. Creating a safe and respectful place for them to explore their challenges is key.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working as a Psychotherapist for the past twenty five years and hold a Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of NJ. I have trained in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and have run workshops on Anxiety and Stress Reduction teaching beginner Meditation practice as well. In addition, I have been trained as a Trauma Responder and worked with individuals and groups following robberies, airline disasters and unexpected loss.
