- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the average rate for our area. In addition, proceeds from our services are allocated back into our rescue for food and vetting costs. As another way to give back to our community we also offer low cost pricing for low income families that are at risk of re-homing or surrendering their pets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A meet and greet with you and your pet is required. We will collect pertinent information about your pet, including basic info, personality, special diets, rx, schedule, etc. A deposit is required to reserve booking.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Pet CPR and 1st Aid Certified. Volunteered as foster for many local rescues before running my own successful pet rescue for the past 3 years.
