What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we start with booking a date for a sniff & greet with the client and his/her pet. We take a detailed history about the pet, their needs, favorite toys, and their daily routine. We find out their likes, dislikes, foods, treats and what they are accustomed to doing during the day. Once that is done and we make sure it is a good fit for us and also our client we then continue on to the pet contract to let our client know exactly what we will be doing for them and their fur babies.
