- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After making initial contact, I'll set an appointment to survey the job or site and talk with the client about what they want and how I would proceed with it. I'll then provide them with a detailed spreadsheet estimate of materials and labor broken down by the job (formula), by the day, and by the hour rates. I'll discuss the best option with them depending on the job. We'll then either proceed or not, and I'll generally expect 1/2 the money down for materials to begin the project, with payment for labor made in the same format, or at the end or each work week depending on the price format we decide to select.

I have 2 degrees, worked on a 3rd, and have a wide variety of formal and informal, professional and layman real work experience and application in everything that I have done, with references and pictures available upon request.
