I enjoyed an oyster roast that was out of this world! The flavors were incredible and by the speed and presentation you can tell BC really knows their craft. Call them if you would prefer an "experience" over "dinner".

Our company recently hosted an information seminar for our design clients. David provided a Gumbo soup, a "corn soup" and a pound cake. Needless to say, All of above was consumed and clients asking for his recipes . The food was great--- would recommend to anyone We give his foods 5 stars. David and Down on the Bayou Catering helped me with a business reception. The food was great- he made a very good gumbo with sausage and shrimp! Artichoke Balls appetizer was different and good and the Bourbon pound cake was wonderful. It was all within the budget I had given him!

The gumbo was authentic and excellent. The shrimp are fresh from the gulf! I especially love anything with oysters since moving here from Florida. The catering experience was on time, on budget and everyone had fun too.
