Matt Threat, owner of T&T Construction, has completed two major projects for us. He built my barn in Marshville, NC, which is pictured. In addition, he has remodeled my beach home in North Myrtle Beach. I now have Matt scheduled to construct our retirement home in Marshville, NC. Matt is a professional and takes his work very personally. Most of all, he wants the customer to be pleased. I am most impressed with his hands-on approach and can do attitude. In summary, T and T Construction does superior work in a timely and professional matter!

I hired T & T Construction to build a 20x20 deck. They completed the job in less than a week with rain throughout some of days. They showed up on time everyday and sometimes a little early. Matt Threatt is the most efficient , hard working, and professional contractor I have ever hired to do a job (big or small) for any project or house I have remodeled! I love my deck and get asked who built it all the time. Thank you to T &T Construction for an amazing deck and adding so much value to my property!
