Within an hour of leaving a message Matt called a scheduled a time to come out and talk about the projects I wanted done. I wasn't exactly sure what materials I wanted to use for fencing and he had alot of ideas and suggestions. Throughout the project they wanted to make sure I understood how and why they were doing things in a particular way. They obviously take a great deal of pride in their work. Everything was finished in a timely manner. They respected my property and my neighbors and cleaned everything up when finished. I am having them back to do some more projects!

Everything was excellent from beginning to end. Matt came to measure and give me an estimate. He was ON TIME which is important to me. I received an excellent estimate, lower than I expected. When it was time to do the work, the workers were polite and informative. They completed the fence in one day and it looks great!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With so many possibilities it is not possible to have standard pricing. We do offer free onsite estimates and will help you determine which products will work the best for your situation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with a free onsite estimate. Once you decide to hire us to build your new fence, we will provide you with a contract. Upon completion of the contract we will order the materials necessary to complete your project. Most projects are completed within 4 weeks of contract signing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are new to Thumbtack, but not new to fencing. Secure Superstructures LLC has 20yrs experience in all types of fencing. Please check out our pictures here and also take a look at our website for more.
