I'd never had a personal trainer before, but after working with Taylor, I can't imagine NOT having one! My husband and I worked with Taylor for the year leading up to our wedding and have lost more than 80 lbs combined. The best part, though, is that Taylor has made working out enjoyable. We've never done the same workout twice, so I always learn something new and always feel challenged. I've worked with Taylor both one-on-one and together with my husband, and she has a knack for designing workouts perfect for each client. And Taylor's degree in nutrition makes her an even better trainer. She is always willing to offer up nutrition advice and is never judgmental about your struggles. Not only is Taylor knowledgeable in fitness and nutrition, but she has an upbeat, optimistic personality that just makes you want to do your best. I always leave workouts with her feeling motivated. I would recommend Taylor as a trainer to anyone at any fitness level!

Taylor is a great personel trainer and overall fitness coach. She really invested herself with me as well as all of her clients. She cares about you personally to get better fitness and just overall health. I would recommend Taylor to anyone who wants to be highly motivated to get into shape or stay in shape. She also can help those who have specific fitness/health goals and needs.

Taylor has helped me so much not only with exercise but nutrition as well. She helped me hit my 90 day goal & I actually won the Transformation Challenge I had signed up for at the fitness center I'm a member of! She has taught me to enjoy cycling...something I didn't think I would enjoy at first, but now I do it almost every Wednesday. Would recommend her to anyone!

If you are ready to make a change in your life, Taylor is the best trainer to help make it happen. Because she has a food science degree, she also can point you in the right direction as far a nutrition. You will not be bored with her workouts and she focuses on what you need to achieve your goal. If you are looking for a trainer that can help you succeed, Taylor is your answer.

Taylor is fantastic. We've been working out with her close to a year and couldn't be happier. She's fantastic at working both 1:1, as well as creating workouts that work for a group and include modifications that play to the needs of each individual. She's consistently at the sessionsame promptly (actually, early... we've never beat her there!) and always in good spirits. She is kind, not intimidating, knows her craft, and lives what she teaches. Can't say enough good things about Taylor!
