FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I look at when the Event is taking place to make sure I am available. Once we've established a set date and time for my services, we will then talk over if they want a pre event trial. Whether it is for something as big as their wedding day or if it is just for a photo shoot they are having done, knowing what the customer wants and being able to deliver it to them the best I can is the most important thing to me as a makeup artist. You want your customers to be happy and comfortable in their own skin.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to school at Soothing Arts Healing Therapies school of Massage and Skin Care for my Esthetician license. I believe that beautiful and flawless makeup starts with healthy skin.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Growing up I was in dance for many years. I was on the dance team in middle school and then joined the color guard in high school, all of which required lots of makeup! I loved playing with makeup and wearing all the bright colors for our performances and competitions. It really ignited a fire for my love of makeup!
