- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
East Tennessee home services as a standard service call and diagnostic fee of $65. If the customer elects to have repairs made, we go to an hourly time plus material rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process in the beginning a relationship with a new customer is first , to be prompt in my response to the customers inquiry of my services. I make a big effort to set and keep appointments in a timely manner . I show respect to my customers and appearances for the opportunity to serve them in a honest and promptly Ways.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training and education in the home services field begin at an early age, at home. My family home consisted of 45 acre cattle farm in Western North Carolina. I developed many skills from building ,repairing Barnes ,fencing, repairing well pumps, preparing homesites and gradually learning most phases of residential building structures. Formal additional training came through shot glasses and professional heating and air conditioning classes. I have also worked for our family business for at least 15 years, as well as a heating and air company for 6 years.
