- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My mobile device repair prices are competitive and much lower than staples. Where my store is behind staples plaza.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to the problem(s) and then I access what is needed. I either able to fix the problem(s) or I look up parts then give an estimate to what the charges might be. If agreeable I then take the computer or device that needs repaired to my shop. I then repair and return in a reasonable amount of time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my MSCA and 16 years of hands on experience.
