Elias & Sandra K. Bought a Single Family home in 2016 for approximately $625K in North Bellmore, NY. Matthew Levin is an outstanding realtor. He is extremely knowledgeable about all of the neighborhoods as well as marketplaces. He was extremely patient, meeting with us on numerous occasions, and spending a great deal of time showing us endless lists of homes we had an interest in, sometimes with very short notice. He was very responsive throughout our entire process, since the very first phone call we made to him. He helped us find the perfect home, and after a few short weeks, we closed on September 1, 2016. Matt exceeded all expectations we needed in a realtor and also in a lifelong friend. I cannot recommend Matt highly enough.

As a Realtor, I do not charge in advance for my services. I earn a commission through my hard work and the sale of a property...and only once the sale is completed do I actually receive a commission.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Fully licensed and insured.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
With a background in marketing and advertising, as well as in the financial sector through the insurance agency I own, I embarked in real estate through the recommendation of a family member. I have loved every moment since!
