Hello Alex, I'm a bit disappointed and confused as to your 1-star review. Especially since there is no explanation of what the 1 star is for. It's a bit strange as my crew arrived on time, even showing up and starting the job before you even arrived. Also, I doubt it was the quality of the work, as I was informed about the state of the bathroom prior to cleaning, and how clean it was after. We did such a good job that your manager Joe even complimented our work and took our number to use our services for his own home. You also didn't communicate any dissatisfaction with our crew at the time of cleaning. I have been trying to contact you to assess the situation, but have had several unsuccessful attempts. If you could please contact me so that I can better understand this situation and know how we can improve.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?At Fresh Take Cleaning we offer simple and convenient flat rate pricing on all of our services. We offer discounted rates for the frequency of recurring cleaning. We also have monthly promotional offers through our mailing list and our robust referral program.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The process is quite simple, you choose the services that you like, whether a standard cleaning or one of our many add-on services. Once you have successfully made your booking, will send an email to confirm your booking time and service selection. One the day of your booking our team members will carry a checklist of all the tasks to be performed, this checklist is for you to review and sign to show your approval and satisfaction of the tasks performed. If we did not perform to your satisfaction, please get in touch with us to remedy the situation as best as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Fresh Take Cleaning is a new company, but our family has been in the residential cleaning industry for a few years now, so we carried over that experience into Fresh Take Cleaning. We make sure that all of team members are experienced in the cleaning industry as well as perform a demo/test cleaning that pass our standards before they can join our team.
