- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always welcome new customers with open arms and make sure that i have an in depth conversation about what type of service and meals they want to be able to provide only the best.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In 2015, i attended the Washington Art Institute and have been the executive chef for the Healthy Catering Company since 2004.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Since i was young, the colors and smell of the herbs and produce has always intrigued me, from then on, i was fascinated by cooking and the overall process. The smell of the herbs, the sound of the oil sizzling, and the color of the freshest ingredients has always been a passion of mine. Cooking has become more than a hobby...its become a lifestyle.
