I have been training with Aaron for almost a year and am in the best shape of my life. Aaron has extensive knowledge of both boxing training and traditional strength and condition training and combines both in his workout. He knows how to pace training to be difficult but within my capability and steadily raises the bar each session.

Money hungry trainer..Due to reasons outside of my control, I had to stop training for a few months and I talked to him about it. Once I was ready to resume training, I reached out to him and he explained that my 8 remaining sessions worth over $900 had expired. When I asked him for a copy of the contract where it says sessions expire, he stalled then gave different excuses then ignored. He kept the money and never followed through on the sessions.. There are better trainers out there who are more personable and less greedy. Avoid this one and don't make my same mistake.
