- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have three tiers of services, 1)lease only for $997 one time, 2) Full management for $97 monthly and $797 leasing fee, and 3) a premium service for $197/month that also includes some awesome extra services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will meet at your rental home to inspect & evaluate property needs and discuss getting it rent-ready and the market rental value. No fee's are due from you, property management cost are based on our performance and taken out of rent later. We will get to know each other, and answer any questions you may have. If we both decide we are a good fit for each other, we will take care of any necessary documents and schedule any work that may need to be done to the home. We will then schedule a professional photo-shoot with high definition wide angle pictures. High Quality photos are a key ingredient in a successful marketing campaign. We will list and market your property all over the web and to other real estate agents to get your home leased as soon as possible. All showing are coordinated or conducted by us and all prospective tenants are screen thoroughly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
14 years in the multifamily industry where I worked as a leasing agent, assistant manager and as a property manager for eight years. I also currently hold an active real estate license sponsored by a broker with decades of Texas real estate knowledge and experience.
