What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of our cases are done on standard contingency fee prices, depending on the level of involvement and whether the case is litigated or not.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we meet with the customer by phone or in person and determine their legal needs and whether we are able to assist them. Then we discuss our services and fees and see if the potential client wants to us to assist them with their problem. If so, we would have them signed a required contract for legal services and we would begin our representation in their case.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Tod Mercer has 26 years of experience handling wrongful death and personal injury cases. He has litigated hundreds of cases and is the veteran of many successful jury trials in state and federal court.
