Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I am a personal chef and have a home bakery that is specializing in gluten-free goodies. With many years of experience, I cook traditional American, vegetarian and vegan meals from scratch with lots of love. My favorite cooking gig was catering meals for the programs that were being presented at Duke Integrated Medicine which is where I was able to hone my skills in cooking vegetarian and vegan. Whether you are craving meat loaf and mashed potatoes, vegetarian lasagna or sweet potato and lentil curry, give me a call, and I'll get it on the table for you.

Karen has been a lifesaver for us! She shops and cooks several meals for our family every two weeks. She is great at customizing our meals (gluten-free and diabetic). We freeze leftovers into small containers for individual use. Karen always has a smile on her face and is a pleasure to have in our kitchen!

Karen has a natural gift for making allergy safe food taste just like the original. She has great passion about food and it really comes through in her food.

Though I have no formal training my love for cooking nutritional made from scratch food has kept me in the business since I first started out at a Dairy Queen 40 years ago. For the last 15 years I have been fortunate to have positions that allowed me to create and prepare my own menus for upscale venues
