Introduction: Kathy Yusiewicz is the owner of Faux Home LLC, a color and design studio based out of Chapel Hill and Mebane, NC. She also has a small shop with home decor items, HOME & HUE, in Downtown Mebane. Faux Home has over 30 years of experience in NY, NJ and NC helping clients love their homes by providing color consultations, interior design, faux finishing and home staging services. Faux Home has been voted one of the best interior design firms by readers of The Chapel Hill Magazine, and been featured in many other publications in NC. We can also be found on Houzz.com, and have won their highest level service award for 2013, 2014 and 2015 based on our customer reviews. Many of our clients are overwhelmed with choosing colors, styles of furniture, lighting fixtures and accessories. Color is the least expensive way to update your home/office. Kathy has an eye for color and the nuances in each one, how it looks in different lighting, the depth and how the color will look in the space. Kathy enjoys the process of choosing colors and strives to make it a fun, enjoyable process for her clients.
