- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is universal for the most part, but each job may require something different in the scope of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the agreement of the contract, the customer is notified within the week of the signing about the scheduled date by phone/email. From that step we work to fine tune things to your standard and time frame to make your life easier. Each job is different and sometimes may require a little more decision making by the homeowner about choices of colors to design to personal preferences, but no need to worry. Our experienced team will help make things go with ease. We will help guide you along the way and remain in contact to make the transition run flawless. Our team will not leave the job until signed off by the homeowner and approved by the owners of Wildcat Flooring and Roofing.
