Franklin Construction did a WONDERFUL job replacing the siding on my home! Talk about a home makeover. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for home improvements. Friendly and courteous service. I definitely knew my happiness was important to Mr. Franklin. I loved the walk throughs, they made me feel more comfortable that things were going how I had planned.

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First, I work directly with my customer to have a full understanding of what they want/need done. Once we have a full understanding, I will make any suggestions that I feel may be beneficial to my customer such as materials, design, etc. We then will work together on a written agreement that will include pricing, date and time, materials and step by step instructions for what is expected. Through out the job process, I will consult with my customer to ensure their satisfaction up to that point. When the job is complete, the customer and I will do a thorough walk through and discuss the job again to ensure satisfaction.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

Construction/remodeling work has been a family trade for quite some time. Growing up, I was always around the trade and was given the opportunity to learn many essential skills. From a young age I became enthusiastic about the whole process from start to finish, especially seeing the finished product.
