- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have standard pricing. We treat everyone equally and try very hard to fit everyone's budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want the customer to feel comfortable when explaining the nature of their issue or desire. We understand that repairs or replacements can make them uncomfortable from several areas......cost....trust....safety......reliable information. It can be nerve racking.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our guys are TCS trained by Trane. We are required to maintain regular registered training from the best instructors in the industry. Our owner grew up in the area and is a Bridgewater College dual major graduate.
