Jim is my go-to guy for any job I need some assistance with. I have hired Jim on several occasions, and each time Jim has exceeded my expectations in terms of the quality and efficiency of his work. Jim was a HUGE help in moving out of my old house and into my new one. I was so satisfied with the service Jim provided, I hired him to make minor repairs around the house, paint the entire interior of the house, put up drywall, do some tiling, and even some plumbing. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?At the end of the day I want my customers to feel like they paid the right amount for a job well done. I will try to be as fair as possible in every situation and adjust accordingly if I feel I have charged too much for my services and the estimated time spent accomplishing the job.
