- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At the end of the day I want my customers to feel like they paid the right amount for a job well done. I will try to be as fair as possible in every situation and adjust accordingly if I feel I have charged too much for my services and the estimated time spent accomplishing the job. If you have questions about my pricing let's have a discussion and work out a fair arrangement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to get an complete understanding of the clients goals for the job then apply my skills and the tools necessary to get the job done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
College degree from Northeastern. 20 plus years of selling software to high level executives at some of New England's largest companies. 15 plus years buying, remodeling, and selling houses in some of Boston's finest communities including Weston, Wellesley, Dover, and Newton.
