FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing in restoration is very hard to determine prior to our technicians visiting the site and for this reason we do provide free estimates. Most people do not realize how much damage they actually have and may be shocked after we arrive and show them what our moisture detection devices show.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our client's are typically very panicked and in the middle of an unexpected emergency when we first meet. Upon arrival we immediately begin to diagnose the damage to their property and lay out a structured game-plan of what's ahead. We make sure our client's know they are our top priority and remove any discomfort from the very beginning.
