Horrible Communication!!! I contacted this company to give me an estimate for my fence. The guy came out and said I needed 3 post, but I should get my entire fence stained as well. A couple days later I received the quote via e-mail and as stated it was a quote for both the 3 post repair and the staining. I called and emailed several times to schedule the appointment for the repair part only because to stain was out of my price range right now. After signing the agreement, they agreed to do the repair only especially since I didn't ask for the stain to begin with. They put me on the schedule, emailed me the day before they were to come out, the day came, but they never showed. I called several times and finally got an email back stating they were in route as we speak. No seriously, exact verbiage!!Hours went by and nothing, finally around 4:30 I get a call saying they were not going to make it due to car troubles and that they will be out the very next day at 9am. The next day, the guy shows up at 9:50 which was cool because at this point I just wanted the fence put back up. The guy then tell me he can't repair to 3 post because he missed something during the initial walk through estimate, and in addition to the 3 post I now need a rebuild! The problem is we Specifically asked him at the initial walk through if that part of the fence was good and he then said "YES, ALL YOU NEED ARE THE 3 THREE POST!" I ran this complaint by the owners and all I got in response was a bunch of metaphors and excuses. Reluctantly, I still want to use them because the price seemed fair for the 3 post, so I ask for a New Estimate with the Post & Rebuild and has not heard back anything at all!! After the guy kept telling me how long this job takes, ultimately I just felt like this was a small job and they had bigger jobs ($$$) to do and I meant Nothing!!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a time to come out and inspect the Fence and proceed with our process to develop an estimate...We offer free estimates, quickly in the homeowners back yard. We can meet by appointment or we can go see your fence and e mail you a proposal immediately. We offer Staining services and repairs within 7-14 days at most. Repairs we do almost immediately because weather is not an issue, staining needs sunshine to be completed and we schedule these immediately

30 Years of Staining Experience Certified Wood Defender Applicator We offer 2 & 3 Year warranty on our product and services American Made Product since 1949
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Started Staining and painting to put myself thru college and never left the industry. Only now we specialize only in Staining and repairs
