What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hand and Stone Massage & Facial Spa offers both member and non-member pricing with many perks for members. Your first visit at Hand & Stone is $59.95 for a signature facial. Upgrades range from $10-40+. My private studio is a skin clinic specializing in results driven acne management and limited to clients who will comply to a specific skin treatment program in a specified time frame, pricing is based on the program.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new clients must fill out an intake form and will receive a skin analysis with recommendations for treatment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Licensed Esthetician, Certified Massage Therapist and Yoga Instructor. I have many certifications and thousands of hours in many aspects of skincare and body wellness.
