We start with a breakthrough session. We will uncover what's been stopping you, slowing you down, or keeping you from feeling and looking your best. Develop a powerful vision for what that looks like for you. Discover which lifestyle habits are sapping your goal...and what to do about it. Get crystal clear on a step-by-step plan to look and feel amazing.

Over 15 years of experience of helping women as a Registered Nurse, training with the Health Coach Institute in Health and Life Coaching, and wellness consulting.
