Phenomenal service!!! Affordable rates! David was professional, prompt, hard working, kind, and honest. I had a much bigger issue than a clog... What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge as little as $125.00 for clogged toilets, up to $375.00 to snake a main line up to 100 feet (This covers the vast majority or residential properties). Over 100 feet depends on the particular line.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have the customer describe what the issue is and ask them some questions so I can give them an accurate quote. If they want to move forward, we find a mutually agreeable time the same day or the next day.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I saw how much people were getting charged for this type of service and felt that I could do the same service for a more reasonable and upfront price.
