What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free initial discovery call or self love strategy session to discover what my clients are looking for help with. I use this time strategically to go over what is stopping them from living their most fulfilling lives and discuss the steps I feel they must take to get there. I will also introduce my program as a source of support and accountability on their journey of growth and ultimately transformation to the life and joy they want to be experiencing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have always been the friend that listens, supports and is always there. I am certified by the Health Coach Institute (accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF), the only globally recognized, independent credentialing program for coach practitioners, via their CCE program (Continuing Coach Education)) for Health and Life Coaching. I am certified in Reiki 1 & 2 I am a patient of my own practices. What has lead me to discover my power, truth, and ability to heal and experience unlimited joy is what I use to help others.
