What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we like to begin with a consultation and fitness test assesment and so we can quickly identify a good starting point for potential client programs! We test core strength and endurance, balance and stability, as well as upper body and lower body strength and endurance.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
WSI- Water Safety Instructor. 10 years of experience in water training from life guarding to swimmimg instuctor including water aerobic. Studied kinesiology at Louisiana Tech University '11 Studied personal training under National Academy of Sports Medicine
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Started with my ability to teach my first client how to swim once I received my WSI License.It was an overwhelming experience. Giving a girft or talent to someone who once doubted it was possible gave me a since of fulfillment knowing I helped someone achieve a goal. Goal chasing ever since
