FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to start with a phone call to break the ice, talk about your wedding day details or photoshoot and get a better understanding for who you are and what you're looking for. After the initial phone call, we like to follow up with an in person meeting, grab a cup of coffee and let the clients meet us, and really get to know us. We want our clients to understand that we are real people, a real couple who actually cares about what we do and the clients we photograph.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ryan graduated from the University of New Orleans with a degree in Fine Arts. His primary focus was graphic design and digital photography. From there, we have attended various workshops and conferences across the U.S to further our knowledge and train ourselves to become the best possible service for our clients.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Originally, Ryan started his photography career photographing commercial work with a strong focus on Automotive photography. A switch was made when he realized that photographing that kind of work was unfulfilling and empty. Ryan and his wife moved into wedding photography and fell in love with the people and emotions that come with such an amazing life time event.
