Introduction: Emmanuel Housing Cleaning LLC has four years of experience providing an excellent quality residential and commercial cleaning service. We also offer Post-construction cleaning service. My name is Patricia Pérez. As the owner I was working before at hotels like Royal Sonesta Hotel, Hotel Monteleone, and Le Pavillon Hotel. Starting as House Keeping and ending as Supervisor. During seven year and a half, where I was able to get enough experience to provide a high quality cleaning service to every single Customer and make them feel satisfied with the service. We always take care of the most minimum detail and make sure that our customers are satisfied every time that either a house, an apartment, or an office needs to be cleaned.

The first time cleaning or the deep cleaning will be charged different than the standard cleaning service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I must meet with the new customer at the place that will be cleaned, let them know my estimate according to how many bedrooms and bathrooms has the house, the apartment, or what size is the office.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Before I started with this company, I worked 7 1/2 years at three of the most known hotels in the down town of New Orleans.
