Introduction: I have completed a 200 yoga teacher training from Marianne Wells Yoga School in Costa Rica. I have since gained over 300 hours of teaching experience, in
both fitness and yoga. I offer very competitive pricing and have had great success with clients. I have lots of experience teaching cardio circuit, glute building, HIIT, endurance/conditioning, vinyasa flow yoga, beginner yoga, partner yoga, ashtanga yoga, power yoga, and even a signature practice we use at my yoga studio called “fitness yoga”. After assessing your level and goals, I will make a custom plan we can work towards, with you feeling comfortable being the top priority.
I truly enjoy and am passionate about teaching, academically and physically. I have taught advanced students, as well as many that are truly beginners. I have also trained clients 1 on 1, and find the individual attention particularly rewarding. I believe exercise is so beneficial for everyone, body and mind. I have experience working with several types of injuries or restrictions, and making sure clients feel comfortable, and move in safe patterns. I like to make working out fun!
