Talk to the customer, understand the project they have, then quote them and set up time to do the work.

I have a bachelors degree......... I also have 13 years of experience in this field.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am a handy person since I was a child. I used to work with a large team and we almost did every project there was. I learned a lot from my boys beside what I already knew.
