- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fee structure is based on the type of case or legal issue you have. We offer hourly and flat fee based fee structures.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always look for the clients we can successfully help navigate the complicated legal system. We prepare an intake assessment based on your initial interview. We then run a conflict check to see if there would be any known conflicts with our firm representing you. We will have an in depth discussion with you as to make sure we are a good fit for you and your case and you are a good fit for our firm. If we feel you or your case is not a good fit, we will provide you with a referral to another attorney that may be better suited for you or your case. We do not accept every case that come to our attention. We only accept cases that we can work closely with you on and develop a lasting and successful attorney/client relationship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I obtained my law degree from NOVA Southeastern University and my undergraduate degree from Florida International University. Prior to becoming a lawyer I was a homicide detective with the Miami-Dade Police Department.
