I had Fletcher Home Improvement replace a window in my 1890s mansard Victorian home with a door and then build steps down to a patio. He was meticulous in saving my original woodwork and providing a transition to the new woodwork that was in keeping with the house. The work was finished ahead of when it was promised and within the budget that was proposed. I will definitely work with him again.

Fletcher Home Improvement was professional and top notch in every respect. Priject included tiling our bathroom floor and providing some assicisted finish carpentry. Very happy with work - looks great, on time, and on budget. We'll certainly use them again!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with the homeowner to discuss the project. I will work to align our expectations. It's important to be clear about what the project entails as there are usually steps that the homeowner was not aware of. Agree on a timeline as well as a budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Business degree with architecture and construction courses. Licensed Contractor
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Father taught me how to work with tools and my mother is an interior designer. I went to school for building and architecture. I have always done remodeling work and recently earned my MA contractors license.
