- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a sliding scale, usually charging between $100-$200 an hour for counseling, coaching, and consulting, depending on the length and scope of the relationship. For one-time events (like a wedding), I charge $300, plus travel, meals, and accommodations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically meet once in person or via video chat for free to see if there's a fit for what I can offer. If there's a mutual agreement to move ahead, then arrangements are made at that time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
