I want to first say I reached out to several companies to only get an answering machine, but within minutes I received a response from Marcus at Thfermalnator on a Sunday evening. I respect someone who works hard at their craft and are willing to provide a great service in a very fast time. I contacted Thermalnator for my mom. She runs a daycare service for people of lesser fortune and somehow she had bedbugs in her home. It was absolutely imperative that these bedbugs were taken care of and that's just what Thermalnator did. My mother was a extremely satisfied with the prompt and professional service. My mom's daycare service was only interrupted for a few hours thanks to Marcus and Thermalnator. I feel comfortable with my children or anyones child in my mothers home again. I called a few days ahead of time so that the time and date for them to come down and do their bug bug bed termination. I messaged them at morning to confirm they were going to be here everything seems kosher. I guess they blue tar on their way to my house. tell them actually still needed to have it done they seem like they were on board that they were going to do it. last thing I heard they were waiting for their friend to come with the truck I messaged them like seven or eight times in the next 3 hours never heard another word from them. They're supposed to be here at 11 to change it to 11:30 come about 12 or 12:30 the last time I heard from them is now going on for o'clock. I'm frustrating since I had to sit in on a day that my husband will be at work during the day I had to put some animals at different locations to get them out of the house have a son who has autism we have to work around that have to turn the heat up to 90 degrees in my house on a already hot day then find out that none of it is happening. Found the new company that's going to be coming on Wednesday. Charging nearly the same price.
