$30 per session for teams $38 for half hour single sessions $65 per session for single hour
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to first have a consultation with potential customers. In a consultation we will cover our bases. Fitness assessment to determine where you are, coaches chat to determine what you REALLY want, and a timeline to goal to dictate how long it will take to get you there.
