- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Logo and Design services there is a basic rate in which we charge. All other projects we do are quoted on a case by case basis. I try not to hit you with a ton of little fees, or price is upfront and I don't hide that while we are not the cheapest, we conduct ourselves with professionalism and courtesy to every customer we have. We show we care by our quality not quantity.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I do a no cost upfront phone consultation and I figure out what is needing to be done. and we put together options get your project taken care of. For logo design I will listen to what you are looking for and then go to work to make it happen.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of experience in interior design and a BA in visual art. Additionally, I have been a small business owner for over 15 years. I have an eye for color, am skilled in creative problem solving, and my projects usually come in under budget!
