- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing will vary by job, but we will provide you with a guaranteed written estimate before any work is completed. Our guaranteed estimate will not change or increase in price...its guaranteed! We collect a 50% deposit to order the materials, then the remaining balance of 50% is collected after the work is completed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers can visit our showroom or use our In Home Sales Service to select their product. Then we will visit the customers home to provide a free in home estimate. Assuming we are in agreement on pricing, we collect a 50% deposit for the job and order the materials. We work with each customer to schedule the job with an installation crew. Upon completion of the installation, we collect the remaining balance of the invoice.

Milford Ceramic Tile is a 2nd generation flooring store. We have over 50 years combined flooring experience and general construction knowledge.
