Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I am a perfectionist, especially with my clients projects whatever they may be. I want you the Customer to be pleased with our final project when completed. Both for all the repeat, referral business that we've continued to keep & add to everyday. And because that's the good, correct way to conduct business & treat people. I do so because that's how my parent's taught me & I choose to continue that way. And by doing business in a respectful, customer service oriented manner it has also helped me to stay in business for over 30 years & still have a great reputation in the business world as a class act, straight-up brand & business owner !! I really like what I do because I am a people person, I like to do nice things for "people" & here I get paid to do things for people to make them happy & to make their life easier in general. I like to challenge myself with some of the projects that I do, then when they come out nice it makes me feel good.....

Brown's Contracting & Construction's reply
?? I'm Not sure what's with the 2 stars from Mrs K. I did there repairs personally & I delt w Mr K on 2'nd & final day, but their lg window leak was diagnosed how & where the problem was that had caused the leaks. Fixed that issue & then double sealed Whole perimeter under "shutters" which are recessed into the rock on the front of the home & around the window. Then I put a vapor barrier behind/under Both shutters (only the one on the L side had leaked - so far. But the R side had hairline cracks in places too. Both were missing some mortar in places, had cracking in the mortar in places around the perimeter of both shutters also. Both had mortar & clear caulking mixed back & forth around the shutters also. After I sealed behind the shutters & then put the 16"x72" vapor barrier I then went back around the perimeter sealing the edges of the thick milled v. barrier also. So that it was double protected, as to never have an issue of leaks anywhere in any of these areas again. I didn't charge for the extra time/labor in the double sealing. Only the extra sealant & vapor barrier materials (a total of aprox $15. Money well spent). This was a very nice home & I didn't want there to be Any chance of water damage around this window in the future. Time & money aren't everything, besides I enjoy doing these projects anyways. Leak would've been prevented most likely w just the first sealing under the v barrier, but should the same or similar issue w the gutter drains on adjacent roof happen again, even w that high pressure water force hitting there again w the extra seal around the v barrier IF homeowners didn't notice it right away it would help to have the added protection. I felt better about it all the way around after putting that second seal around it. There was then to finalize the sealing also a small amount of mortar "looking" silicone caulk I put back around the outside perimeter around the shutters, that sealed the "crack" around the shutters & between them & the stone. This not only sealed around the outer of the shutters, it also cosmetically fixed around shutters too. Where it was missing mortar & had the clear caulk here & there around them too. I scraped the shutters & the outer line of the recessed area (where the shutters go) good. Then when I put Only the silicone mortar looking caulking between the shutters & the rock it looked much more visually pleasing. When I finished up the outside of that window it looked nice again & the problem was fixed. I didn't see Mrs K that day, but Mr K seamed very pleased. He not only paid me for the repairs, but thanked me several times also. Maybe there was an accident when Mrs K was rating my work ?? The "K's" were Both very nice, good people.. But I will try reaching Mrs K to see If there was possibly something with my craftsmanship that she thought was wrong or ?? I didn't correspond any w her on that final day. But in case I don't reach her, If you read this Ma'am & there's Anything that I didn't fix properly in your opinion, PLEASE call or text me 513-262-4668 so I can come back out there immediately & address the issue (at No cost). When I told you that All my work IS warrantied I meant it. I'd way rather come back & do whatever than have a good client like you displeased or there be an issue w the repair. As I previously said both of these clients were nice, honest people. Thank You

I was very happily surprised by the Level of customer service that I received from these guys, this was the first time using them but won't be the last. They were so friendly and made my wife feel so at ease that 20 min into there arrival she told me to go on about my schedule. They quoted $50 per hour and said aprox 3 1/2 - 4 hours which sounded quick on phone then when they got there they did it in 2 3/4 hours and even fixed a small hole in the wall from door knob that we hadn't even mentioned on the phone. It only took him 2-3 min to fix it but he just did it because it was right out in open. I think he'd already stopped my time anyways.. Great experience, I don't see us Ever using any other company. We're having them back at the end of the month. If this let's us I will post another review after that. Dave

Thank You Mr Markely for your business w this job, the next job that you mentioned here, which ended up being about 4 month's later. I was getting conserned after 5-6 weeks had passed I thought about it, then another cpl month's passed & Then we got a call. It was to install 3 new windows in there family room. They turned out really good. If you happen to see this Sir, please update your review. We simply replaced one window w one same dimensions, but the other two were enlarged in both width as well as height. They purchased all 3 Triple pane from us.. We also Just put down vinyl plank flooring in there family room, eat in kitchen & laundry room. This was just done 3 - 13 - 2019. Actually, I'm going to try sending this family an email linking them to be able to review back here. I will add pics of there projects on t.tack soon. I need to add a bunch of pics here on "This" listing, as we have more than one account here...
