Introduction: I have spent the has spent the last 20 year working as an Human Resource practioner in both in-house and consulting capacities to align HR policies and practices to internal operations and business objectives. Currently, I provide consulting services for clients on a part-time basis. My areas of focus include employee relations, training, investigations, recruitment and retention, policy and procedure development, leaves of absence compliance, performance management, compensation, payroll and benefits administration, and overall and compliance with federal and state labor laws.
My industry experience includes High-tech R&D, Financial Services, Non-Profit, Insurance, Manufacturing/Wholesale, and Retail.
