- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on a flat hour rate that will cover our employee's labor, travel time, travel fees, and space planning. Along with that price comes a complimentary phone consultation and an in person assessment and NEAT planning during the first project day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process when it comes to working with a new customer is first, having a free, over the phone consultation that lasts anywhere from 15-30 mins. During that time we will go over the customer's needs and see if we are the right company for that project. If both sides agree to move forward we schedule a first session to get started. When we arrive on site, we evaluate the project and create a written out plan for it as well, making sure that the customer is always on board with our decisions. Before we arrive on that first day, the customer will receive a confirmation email, confirming that first session, a summary of the over the phone consultation, and a copy of company guidelines and procedure.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees are a proud member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO), have a minimum of 2.5 years of experience and have attended and passed our NEAT ONE training sessions.
