- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because everything is custom, and there are so many variables when it comes to custom signage, there is no specific pricing to determine how much a sign will cost. Most signage is priced by material cost, design time, and time to produce and install the signage.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There are many different types of signs available for customers to choose from. Every job is different and created custom and specific to the individual customers needs. To start we asses the job and try and determine what kind of sign would work best given the building or the marketing need. We then determine with the customer their ideas and thoughts on how they would like their sign to look, and incorporate our expertise and ideas in to theirs to come up with the best option and look given the customers needs and budget. After a design concept is reached we provide our customers with a design proof so they can see what the finished product will look like. When the design is approved we go in to production of the sign, and install after completion.

I am a trained graphic designer and a 15 year signage and marketing industry professional.
