Merci and Kathy groomed my cat "Kinky". It was his first time being groomed. Neither of us knew what to expect. They were absolutely magnificent with him. He looked great! Merci assured me that he would be much more comfortable once all the "matting" was cut off, what she didn't tell me was how much better I would feel. Kinky loves his new look, and so do we.
