Best service that we have had on the furnace. The professional was very honest, actually showed me different things on the furnace and did the tests again to show what he meant on the report. He also wore booties over his shoes the whole time being sure to care for our home! The customer service at the office was amazing and the lady was nothing but informative and kind. I will definitely be sticking with this company! Also best price out there from all of the other companies I contacted. Thank you!

It was very easy to schedule my furnace tune up with Amber. Efrain, our HVAC Tech, was extremely thoutough testing allnsafety features and letting me know how I can maximize the furnace efficiency. He was very professional but also kind and friendly. Great service, great value for the $ and I will be using them from now on going forward.

Efrain of A&E Comfort Pros did a super job of readying my evaporative cooler for the upcoming hot months. He checked for leaks, told me about expenses I'd incur in the future (e.g. for new pads), and did his job well.
Amber, in the office, was knowledgeable, polite, and professional.

Efrain and his co-worker, Juan, were very efficient and very hard-working, as well as courteous and informative. They did a thorough job cleaning our heat ducts, vents and Furnace Tune-Up. They were able to replace the very leaky copper piping that had been attached to my swamp cooler on the roof with new copper piping and install a new water faucet for that swamp cooler piping to regulate the water flow. Other people I had asked had said it would be impossible to use this type of water faucet for the swamp cooler piping; but Efrain very successfully installed it for me, which is a great relief to me, as the previous water turn-off thing was very inefficient and impractical. NOW, I can ACTUALLY turn off the water without it running all winter non-stop onto my roof! This is such a relief!

Answered our call the same day, and did a great job to rehook some duct work that was installed wrong, years back. Efrain, even found another spot that was unhook and repaired it too. Feel he went the extra mile to check our system. Would hire again, if and when needed.
